Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Carol Royse Team recruiting website (the "Service") operated by Carol Royse Team ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Application Submission

By submitting an application through our website, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed real estate agent in good standing
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You have closed at least five homes in the past 12 months (unless otherwise specified)
• You are legally eligible to work in the United States
• You are at least 18 years of age

2. Income Guarantee

The $100,000 income guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Applicable only to agents who complete the full 12-month period with Carol Royse Team
• Requires adherence to team systems, training, and standards of performance
• Requires full-time commitment to real estate sales activities
• Based on gross commission income (GCI), not net income after expenses
• Subject to verification of production and compliance with team policies
• Guarantee payment, if applicable, will be made within 30 days of the 12-month anniversary

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the income guarantee program at any time. Agents who join prior to any modification will be grandfathered under the terms in effect at their start date.

3. Employment Relationship

Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or a position with Carol Royse Team. All applications are reviewed on an individual basis, and selection is at the sole discretion of Carol Royse Team management.

Real estate agents affiliated with Carol Royse Team are typically independent contractors, not employees. The specific relationship will be defined in the Independent Contractor Agreement provided upon acceptance.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Carol Royse Team and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Carol Royse Team.

5. User Content

By submitting an application or any other information through our Service, you grant us the right to use, store, and process that information for the purposes of:

• Evaluating your application
• Contacting you regarding career opportunities
• Maintaining records as required by law
• Improving our recruiting processes

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity
• To submit false or misleading information
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

In no event shall Carol Royse Team, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
